Baked Cinnamon-Pecan Pear
Ingredients
one pear
chopped pecans
salted butter
cinnamon
ginger
Heat the oven to 350. Cut the pear in half and cut out seeds. Slather butter on the inside of the pears and place into a cast-iron skillet or other oven-safe pan. Sprinkle the pear halves with cinnamon and ginger. Cover the pan with foil and cook for fifteen minutes. After the fifteen minutes, flip the pear halves, sprinkle pecans into pan and mix into the butter, and cook for another ten or fifteen minutes.
